## How it works

1. Free three-leak snapshot: PRISM looks at how a customer finds and contacts the business today and notes the three biggest leaks it can see, each dated, with a screenshot and where it sits in the customer journey.
2. 20-minute Google Meet call: PRISM walks the owner through the snapshot. What happens next is the owner's call.
3. Build in order: diagnose, fix, connect, measure, optimise, then scale. Paid traffic only once the profile, website and follow-up can carry the extra load.
4. Relay follow-up: Relay, by PRISM, is the follow-up system each client gets. It catches the enquiry, replies, tracks it and keeps following up until there is an answer. Messages are short, written with the owner and signed as their business, and approved by the owner before they are switched on.
5. Measured at 90 days: results are tracked from visibility to enquiry, response, quote, booking and reputation, and reviewed at 90 days.
